Wrestling

Nothing starts until eligibility is proved.

A winter season of an individual sport scored as a team, where every wrestler needs a membership card and a verified birthdate, and weight decides who competes. Home meets are whole Saturdays run entirely by parents, and the club owns the singlets.

Three things that bite in wrestling.

Cards, birthdates and weight classes have to be proved, not asserted.
Document proofs uploaded at registration and cleared in one verification panel, with eligibility windows by birthdate and any exception recorded rather than remembered.
Singlets and headgear belong to the club, in every size from the youngest group up.
One row per size with a count, kept in the spot it lives in, with every move between spots logged — so the club knows what it has in each size before it orders more, not after.
A home meet is eight hours of volunteer shifts.
Shifts families claim themselves, a buyout for the families who would rather pay, and a running balance of hours owed — so the table, the door and the scoreboard are covered before the week of.

The rest is the same for every sport.

Registration and payments, payment plans, teams and roster offers, scheduling, communication, volunteering, equipment, your store, check-in at the door and reports — one flat $750 a year, with no size tiers.
