Training facilities

Classes, lessons, memberships and rentals, booked from a phone.

A facility sells time: a spot in a class, an hour with a coach, a cage on a Tuesday night. This is the part that sells it, in the same place as your teams and seasons, and part of every plan. Turn on the pieces you run.

  1. Classes against packs and memberships

Set up a class once - the coach, the place, the ages, the spots - and lay out the week on a calendar. Sell packs of 5, 10 or 20 sessions that pay for classes, lessons or both, or a monthly membership on autopay: a set number of classes, or unlimited with a daily or weekly cap, and gift memberships a grandparent can buy. The pack or credit that expires soonest pays first. A private group can be a class that only the families you send its link to can see and book.

  2. A parent books every child from one phone

Pick the class, tick the children, see what it uses ("1 of your 10") and the cancel rule before tapping Book. Cancelling happens on the page, never in a pop-up that silently fails, and every confirmation arrives as a calendar invitation that moves when the class does.

  3. Private lessons, with any coach who is free

Families choose a coach, or whichever coach is free, then a day and a time from real hours, with "Next available" one tap away. They move a lesson themselves and can ask for a text when a time opens. Each coach can charge their own price, and a pack pays before the card. Small groups too: at the desk, two families can split a coach and each pay for their own child.

  4. Rentals anyone can book

Cages, turf and rooms by the hour, with peak pricing on busy evenings, an optional deposit, and approval when you want to say yes first. A renter does not need an account. A school or a team can rent every week for the season in one step and be billed once a month, by saved card or a pay link, and whoever wanted a taken time hears the moment it frees up.

  5. Every space on one board

The space board shows each cage, tunnel and field - and the field’s quarters - by the hour: every class, lesson, rental and clinic where it is, with a clash outlined in red before you drop a block on it. An open dome pass tells families exactly what is open around the clinics, worked out from the board.

  6. A front desk that sells

Take a card at the counter for a pack or a membership, or text the parent a link to buy it on their own phone. Families who save a card pay with it in a tap, at the store as well as on the booking pages.

  7. Waitlists that book themselves

When a spot opens, the next family in line is booked and charged automatically, or gets a text to grab it. Members can go to the front of the line.

  8. Text reminders and self check-in

A reminder before every class and lesson for the families who asked for texts, with a link that checks the child in; a code at the door does the same. The coach sees who is here.

  9. Several locations under one club

Each location with its own hours, spaces and coaches, a page on your website, and its own Stripe account if you want the money kept apart. Staff can be limited to the locations they work.

  10. Coach pay and the money, tied to the bank

Pay rates per class, per child or per hour of lessons, and earnings by pay period. Packs and credits are earned as they are used, every deposit opens to show what was in it, and a QuickBooks journal export and scheduled report emails keep the treasurer out of spreadsheets.

Included in the platform, not a module. Families pay your club through your own Stripe account, the same way they pay for a season.

See it with your own classes and cages in it.
